this first thing was for a contest, were basically you redraw the artist's drawing in "your style" (the artist being Kei Acedera of the Imaginism duo)

the princess is stupid, i gave up on it pretty early on.

and this guy i more stopped than finished painting. i like his feet, even thought they don't really match up to each other or the rest of the body.

i found some drawings of dinosaurs and synapsids i wanted to clean up for my portfolio, but as there was enough to put in they were set aside.

that is some bizarre coloring, i don't know if i'll do that again...

Flying RT lizards

an RT monster possibly, waiting for the boss to get online...

and i found my Stylus, happy day!!!

lined and non-lined versions, because i really like how it looks without the lines... 

i would imagine this monster would glide, in a fashion not unlike it is flying, from a branch and onto your head. and steal your gold and/or food items in the confusion.

yeah i got my Pixar Animation rejection today...which is both dissapointing as well as very very relieving.

yeah, haven't heard from Disney yet, but by the sound of what's going on with the internship program i probably won't get that either.

i tried this year at least, this was such a wierd school year......BUT BY GUMS I WILL FINISH A FILM NEXT YEAR!!!! because really, that was my biggest regret of the year. i wil find a proper focus as well, i think my portfolio and reel's organization were my biggest downfall.

yup, some ink gestures from class. i ruined another brushpen while i was doing them, does anyone know how to make a brushpen last just a little longer?? i mean, i'm not jamming it into the paper or anything, but i've only used it like...3 times so far and it's already getting little frays in the end

so my roommates were walking Rocket one day, and they came back with this guy:

a giant plant/pod of some kind. we've had it and have been joking about it for weeks, but then sometime during the last few hours, it did something shocking:

Bamboo Fun Times!

i got my Bamboo today! oooh boy!! it's sooooo nice!! it has a paper-texture and everything!!

*rubbing it in Graphire's face*

i mean yes the Graphire is great and incredibly portable....but it's so smaaall. plus i think the Bamboo's driver overrode the Graphire's, because it seems to have dissappeared...

ooooh, it's so awesome!!

now, i guess i'll pawn off the graphire or bury it somewhere close by, in case of emergency.
